Steamed Mussels with sausage, fried onions and bacon
Grease pan with butter, take the skin off your sausage of choice and break up and fry with bacon and diced up onions. Also add a can of tomato paste or a can of diced tomatoes ( 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar if adding diced tomatoes)....
Drizzle HASKAP JALAPENO SYRUP to taste! (lots is better)
Bring to a high heat, add a cup of white wine of choice (our own Apple Crisp from our winery is amazing) and add 2-4 lbs of mussels and COVER!
When the mussels open, load them into a bowl and cove with your sauce! Bread to dunk into sauce..... #yummy

for the Haskap Jalapeno Margarita's
2 oz jalapeño syrup (more or less to taste )
1 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz of fresh lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Patrón Silver Tequila
1 oz Patrón Cintrónge lime liquor
FOR GLASS RIM
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 lemon
Wet the rim of your glass with lime juice and then coat it by flipping the glass upside down on a plate holding the salt and chili powder.
